Paneer Tikka Sandwich

Ingredients: 

For Paneer Sandwich Filling:

  • Paneer- 400 grams
  • Garlic- 3 cloves (chopped)
  • Large onions- 1 (chopped)
  • Green chillies- 3 (chopped)
  • Small capsicum- 1 (chopped)
  • Salt- 1 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala- 1 tbsp
  • Amchur powder- 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala- 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder- 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves

For Sandwich:

  • Bread slices
  • Butter
  • Mint chutney
  • Paneer Sandwich Filling

Directions: 

  • Heat up a flat pan with some ghee or oil.
  • Add garlic, online to the pan and fry them until golden.
  • Add capsicum, stir a little and let it fry.
  • Now, add on all the powdered spices and salt.
  • Saute all the veggies with the spices.
  • Chop paneer into small cubes and add it with the other veggies, saute them all until they get a little soft.
  • Take a bread slice, spread butter and green chutney on it.
  • Add a good amount of Paneer filling to the slice and cover it with shredded cheese.
  • Put another slice of bread over it. Put it on a greased and hot grill pan.
  • Apply some more butter on both the sides and grill it until it turns golden brown.
  • Cut it into two and serve hot.

Veg Mayo Grilled Sandwich

Ingredients: 

  •  Onion- ¼ cup (chopped)
  • Chopped capsicum- ¼ cup (chopped)
  • Cabbage- ¼ cup (chopped)
  • Coriander- ¼ cup (chopped)
  • Carrot- ¼ cup (chopped)
  • Green chilli- 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Mayonnaise- 5 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder- 1 tbsp
  • Salt- As per your taste

Directions: 

  • Take a bowl and add all the chopped veggies to it.
  • Add mayo to it and mix the filling properly.
  • Now, add black pepper and salt to the bowl.
  • Take a bread slice, spread butter on it and apply a generous amount of veggie & mayo filling to the bread. Cover it with another slice.
  • Heat up a grill pan after greasing it with ghee or butter.
  • Put the sandwich on the heated pan and apply butter on the other side of the sandwich as well.
  • Grill it until it becomes golden brown in colour.
  • Cut it into four parts and serve.

Egg & Mayo Sandwich 

Ingredients: 

Egg and Mayo Filling:

  • Boiled eggs- 4
  • Mayonnaise-3 tbsp
  • Spring Onion greens-1 tbsp
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Black pepper- a pinch

For sandwich:

  • Raw eggs- 2
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Black pepper- as per taste
  • Green chilly- 1tbsp (chopped)
  • Fresh coriander- 1 tbsp
  • Butter- 1 tbsp
  • Bread- slices as per requirement
  • Egg and mayo filling

Directions: 

  • Firstly, prepare the egg and mayo filling by chopping the boiled eggs.
  • Add mayo, spring onion greens, salt and pepper to it. Mix them all up and set aside.
  • Take a bowl and break raw eggs into it  and then add salt , pepper, red chilli powder, coriander leaves and green chilli to the bowl.
  • Beat the eggs and whisk them all well.
  • Now heat a greased pan with ghee or butter and pour the beaten eggs on it.
  • Tenderly, pull the sides of the omelette from the corner to cook it evenly.
  • Put two bread slices on the omelette, slightly cover the bread with the omelette portion that is not cooked yet and flip it.
  • Flip it in a way that the bread slices come at the bottom.
  • Now cut the edges of the omelette and add them on the top side of the bread.
  • You need to cut and divide the breads from the center and apply an adequate amount of egg and mayo filling.
  • Cover it with another slice facing the omelette side inside. (both the omelette sides should be inwards.)
  • Cook both the sides of the bread until it becomes golden brown in colour.
  • Cut it into two triangles.

Veg Peri Peri Sandwich

Ingredients: 

To make peri peri mayo and coleslaw:

  • Peri peri mix- 3 tbsp
  • mayonnaise/ hung curd- 1 cup
  • Cabbage- ½ cup (grated)
  • Carrot- ½ cup (grated)

To make sandwich:

  • Sandwich bread- as per requirement
  • Butter- 50 grams
  • Peri peri coleslaw- as per requirement
  • Boiled potatoes- 1 (grated)
  • Peri peri mix- 2 tbsp
  • Onions- ½ cup
  • Tomatoes- ½ cup
  • Peri peri mayo- as per requirement
  • Cheese (optional)

Directions: 

  • Take a bowl, add mayo and peri peri mix and blend them well to make peri peri mayonnaise.
  • Divide the mayo into two halves, keep one half aside and keep another into the same bowl.
  • Now add shredded carrot and cabbage to the peri peri mayo in the bowl to make the peri peri coleslaw.
  • Take a bread slice and spread butter on it.
  • Add a good amount of coleslaw on the slice, grated boiled potato and then sprinkle peri peri mix on the top of it. Top it with some chopped onion, tomato and sprinkle a little more of peri peri mix.
  • Butter another slice and spread some peri peri mayo on it as well. Put it on the first slice, keeping butter and mayo inside.
  • Cut it into four parts and serve.

Chicken Fajita Sandwich

Ingredients: 

  • Bread slices- 4
  • Vinegar- 200 gms
  • Boneless chicken- ½ (chopped)
  • Red bell pepper- 1 (chopped)
  • Green capsicum- 1 (chopped)
  • Onion- 1(chopped)
  • Yellow bell pepper- ½ (chopped)
  • Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
  • Salt- ½ tbsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tbsp
  • Cumin powder- 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
  • Paprika powder- 1 tbsp
  • Oregano- ¼ tbsp
  • Garlic powder- ½ tbsp
  • Oil- 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup- 4 tbsp
  • Soya sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Mozzarella and cheddar cheese- 1 cup (grated)

Directions: 

  • Take a pan and heat it.
  • Put oil into it and add boneless chicken. Fry it for at least 5 min on medium flame.
  • Now, add red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika powder, oregano, garlic powder, soya sauce, vinegar, and chilli sauce to the pan.
  • Stir a little.
  • Put all the veggies bell peppers, capsicum and onion to it and saute them all for a few minutes on medium flame.
  • Add tomato ketchup, stir a little and turn off the flame. And your chicken fajita aid ready for filling.
  • Take a bread slice and put chicken fajita and spread some cheese on it. Cover it with another slice.
  • Now heat a greased grill pan. Place the sandwich on it. Apply butter on the other side as well.  
  • Grill both the sides until golden brown.
